Global Scripture Impact® (GSI) was created out of a vision for transparency, integrity, accountability and stewardship. Its tools can uncover the best Scripture-based ministry opportunities around the world. Its tools can also strengthen an under-performing Scripture-based ministry.

GSI is the research arm of American Bible Society (ABS), headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. GSI was started in 2006 to provide ABS with the project impact evaluation and analysis required to inform its ministry investment decisions. GSI helps ABS fund more effective ministry programs, as well as verify and measure the program’s impact. GSI accomplishes this by researching projects around the world and comparing them to established Best Practices in the particular field.
